Each month will have a different focus, and I will share my knowledge and experience with you, answer any questions, lead you in a meditation to have your own experiences, and open the space for you to share your experiences with each other.

Conscious Expression: Clarifying Your Boundaries

As we move into the holidays, along with the excitement of the season, we often also experience the stress and pressure of being with our families. Though we love them, being with them can bring back in full force old habits and triggers that we thought we had grown out of.

Having good boundaries is the way to stay in connection with our families while also respecting our own needs and desires.

I remember one year, I was staying at my parents for 9 days and about half way through, I felt terrible! I was so emotionally and energetically stuck that when I went for a run, I started hyperventilating and crying. I felt like the world was crushing me. I was going to suffocate.

“I have to leave,” I thought. “I CAN leave!” I remembered, “I’m an adult!” Oh yeah. I’m an adult. I have the power to leave if I want to. That realization shifted everything! I realized that I actually wanted to stay, but in order to do so, I needed to change some things in my relationship with my parents. And I did. I set some boundaries.

The result being that I enjoyed the rest of my time with my family.

It really works!

In honor of love and connection with our families during the holidays, Erin Hickok and I are going to lead us in discussion and practice of the art of good boundaries and what it means in our lives.

3 hours of interactive practices, dialogue, and inner reflection on honoring our own boundaries and the boundaries of others!

Conscious Expression: Asking for What You Want

Oct 11, 2-5pm at Soma Vida Garden Studio

Join Corinne and Erin as we take you into the depths to discover what it is that you truly desire.

Participating in fun authentic relating games and meditative exploration, you will learn and practice tools to ask for what you want by communicating your feelings, needs and boundaries.

Ultimately, this empowers you to trust yourself and stand openly in your power.

The workshop will be fun, interactive, and experienced based. You will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, tools for clear expression, new friends, and a handout for future reference.


Piscean Full Moon Agora

Sept 9, from 7-10pm at The Center Spot

Come celebrate the Piscean full moon with us!

An evening with local artisans and healers, delicious tea and treats, and sacred ceremony hosted by Moon Mantra, Dragon Blossom Acupuncture & Wellness, and The Center Spot.

An agora is a gathering, and our is in honor of fullness, unity, healing, and nourishing the sacred.

From 7-9pm, come enjoy the offerings of local artisans and healers.
